Duratus UK Ltd Coaching Services
1. Scope of Services
Duratus UK Ltd provides coaching services to business leaders and professionals through the following programmes:
i) Inner Circle (membership community):
Online group coaching, access to other members, webinars, discussions, and resources.
ii) One-to-one coaching programmes:
Coaching designed to address a specific resilience or leadership-related development.
iii) The Duratus Code:
Comprehensive year-long coaching programme that includes online one-to-one coaching, online group coaching, in-person group coaching, access to webinars, and a resource vault.
iv) In-person and online workshops:
Group coaching around various topics including leadership, teamwork, resilience, and performance under pressure.
2. Limitations & Exclusions
Coaching services do not constitute therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Outcomes depend on client participation and commitment; no specific results are guaranteed.
3. Use of Information
By using Duratus UK Ltd coaching services, you agree to receive communications via mail, email, or phone regarding special offers, announcements, and information relevant to your business and professional development.
Any materials provided during events, webinars, or coaching sessions are confidential and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written consent from Duratus UK Ltd.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.

4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before access to services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Fees are typically exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added where required by law (e.g. UK VAT).
Subscription services (Inner Circle) renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Overdue invoices may be subject to interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum, calculated daily. Alternatively, Duratus UK Ltd may apply the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Clients will be responsible for any costs incurred in recovering overdue payments.
Duratus UK Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment or late payment.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
i) Inner Circle:
Clients may cancel their membership at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
ii) One-to-one Coaching:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, all refunds are at the discretion of Duratus UK Ltd.
iii) Duratus Code:
This is a year-long commitment. Clients may cancel their participation, but no refunds will be provided once the programme has started without agreement through Duratus UK Ltd.
Duratus UK Ltd offers a money-back guarantee based on the terms specified in our services brochure.
If Duratus UK Ltd cancels a service, a pro-rata refund will be provided.
iv) In-person or online workshops:
Rescheduling of workshops will always be facilitated and preferred where possible by Duratus UK Ltd.
If a workshop needs to be cancelled, a full refund, where appropriate, will be issued more than 2 weeks prior to a workshop.
Less than 14 days prior to the delivery of a workshop, 50% of the workshop cost will be refunded due to significant preparation having been commenced.
6. Live Events and Trainings
While every effort is made to avoid changes, Duratus UK Ltd reserves the right to modify event details, including venues, speakers, and dates, with a minimum of 14 days' notice.
Events may be relocated within a 5-mile radius up to 14 days prior to the event date.
Clients must ensure timely arrival at events.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for late arrivals, missed sessions, or event overruns.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and discussions are confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR (more information below).
Duratus UK Ltd follows data protection laws and does not share personal information without consent, except where required by law.
Sessions and trainings will, on occasion, be recorded by the Duratus UK Ltd team and used for analysis and improvement of our services.
Sessions may not be recorded, distributed, or shared by clients without prior written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
Duratus UK Ltd retains all ownership and rights in any intellectual property associated with the services provided, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Duratus UK Ltd materials without prior written consent.
The use of Duratus UK Ltd trademarks, logos, or proprietary marks requires explicit written permission.
9. GDPR Compliance
Duratus UK Ltd complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding personal data collection, processing, and storage.

10. Liability Limitations
Duratus UK Ltd is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client based on coaching guidance.
Under no circumstances shall Duratus UK Ltd be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching services.
Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication with Duratus UK Ltd at [info@DuratusUK.com](mailto:info@DuratusUK.com).
If a resolution is not reached, disputes will be handled via mediation before any legal proceedings.
The governing law for these terms is the jurisdiction where Duratus UK Ltd is legally registered.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Duratus UK Ltd coaching service, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
